Return Policy
USAV honors all manufacturer warranties. All USAV products are sent by insured carrier, so contact USAV immediately if products are damaged in transit.
All Bargain Bin Sales are Final in As-Is Condition. Refused or Cancelled Orders will pay a 50% Cancellation Fee.
Antennas cannot be returned. Antennas damaged in shipment are covered by insurance. You may receive a refund rather than replacement product.
No Returns after 30 days. Returns for Store Credit Only. There will be no credit card or cash refunds. An additional Restocking Fee may be assessed.
Merchandise returned with damage or blemishes, or without original packaging, manuals, and accessories, will not be accepted for store credit.
